Started this blog as a newbie in Ireland...six years along the way and after a gap of a few years, I feel a fresh start is needed. So while I mightn't be updating this blog any longer, a new project is in the pipeline. No dairy No eggs, is about my life as a working mother of one (soon to be two) in Ireland and my love for food and cooking. Hope to meet you there!!!

Out of the Blue....alive and kicking!
That's what you call...out of the Blue...Second of September 2011!!!!!
And believe it or not...Still in Ireland...still in Cork...still working for the same company....and MORE IMPORTANTLY....STILL WITH THAT GUY...who is the proud daddy of our little princess Mia and will be an even prouder daddy some day soon in November when our second little girl comes along.
