Started this blog as a newbie in Ireland...six years along the way and after a gap of a few years, I feel a fresh start is needed. So while I mightn't be updating this blog any longer, a new project is in the pipeline. No dairy No eggs, is about my life as a working mother of one (soon to be two) in Ireland and my love for food and cooking. Hope to meet you there!!!
